About 200 Pit Bulls and pitbull mixes get euthanized every day in Los Angeles County, so when a Pit Bull is surrendered or found as a stray, it’s not likely that the dog will be rehomed.
With so many dogs that need homes, pit bulls just aren’t always top on the adoptable list.
But, New Leash on Life is a great organization that has saved one malnourished pit bull mom and her 6 puppies. Hope and her puppies will be cared for in foster care until they are ready to be adopted into their new homes.
These 7 dogs will be among the very few pitbulls who will get rehomed in Southern California.
